What we do.

  • Pre-separation advice.

    If you are thinking of leaving your marriage or de facto relationship we can give you legal advice tailored to your individual circumstances, so you feel confident and in control.

  • Negotiation.

    If you and your ex are unable to come to an agreement about arrangements for your children or property we can help negotiate a resolution without you having to go to Court.

  • Mediation.

    If you need a lawyer to help you prepare for a mediation or to represent you during a mediation we can help. We are also available to advise you about any agreements you come to during a mediation and help with the paperwork.

  • Going to Court.

    If you are unable to resolve your family law issues through negotiation or mediation, you may need to go to Court. We can represent you in all range of matters in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
